1. यदि आप समय रहते अपने बच्चों की अनुचित मांगों और इच्छाओं पर नियंत्रण नहीं रख पाते तो आप जीवन में असहाय हो जायेगे। --- कौरव
If you are not able to control the unreasonable demands and desires of your children in time, then you will become helpless in life. ---Kaurav
2. आप कितने भी शक्तिशाली क्यों ना हो यदि आप अधर्म का साथ देगे तो आपकी शक्ति, शस्त्र, कौशल और आशीर्वाद सब बेकार हो जायेगे। -- कर्ण
No matter how powerful you are, if you support unrighteousness, your power, weapons, skills and blessings will all become useless. -- Karn
3. अपने बच्चों को कभी भी इतना महत्वाकांक्षी न बनाऐ कि वे अपने ज्ञान का दुरूपयोग करके सर्वनाश कर दें। -- अश्वत्थामा
Do not make your children so ambitious sometimes that they misuse their knowledge and cause destruction. -- Ashwatthama
4. कभी भी ऐसा वचन न दें जिससे आपको अधर्मियों के सामने समर्पण करना पड़े। -- भीष्म पितामह
5. धन, शक्ति, अधिकार और सत्ता का दुरूपयोग गलत काम करने वालों का साथ देने से पूर्ण विनाश की ओर ले जाता है। -- दुर्योधन
Abuse of money, power, authority and power by supporting wrongdoers leads to complete destruction. -- Duryodhana
6. सत्ता की बागडोर कभी भी अंधे व्यक्ति को ना सौपें। अर्थात जो स्वार्थ, धन, अभिमान, ज्ञान, आस्तिक या वासना से अंधा हो। इससे आखिरकार विनाश ही होगा। -- धृतराष्ट्र
Never hand over the reins of power to a blind person. That is, one who is blinded by selfishness, money, pride, knowledge, theism or lust. This will ultimately lead to destruction. -- Dhritarashtra
7. यदि ज्ञान के साथ बुद्धि भी हो तो आप अवश्य विजयी होगे। -- अर्जुन
If you have intelligence along with knowledge then you will be victorious. --Arjun
8. छल-कपट से आपको हर समय सभी मामलों में सफलता नहीं मिलेगी। --शकुनि
By deceit you will not get success in all matters all the time. --Shakuni
9. यदि आप नैतिकता, धर्म और कर्तव्य का सफलतापूर्वक पालन करते है तो दुनियां की कोई भी शक्ति आपको नुकसान नहीं पहुंचा सकती। -- युधिष्ठिर
If you follow morality, religion and duty successfully then no power in the world can do any harm to you. --Yudhisthira
